We accept Direct Deposit, Money Orders and Cheques, or credit card through Paypal. Please complete payment within 5 business days of purchase.
Delivery
All of our books are in stock and shipped immediately. We use Australia Post Parcel Post for delivery. You may request extra Insurance or Express Post on any order, simply email us.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Western Australia, Northern Territory and rural QLD customers please note we are in Vic and regular post may take up to two weeks to arrive. All books are sent same day or next day after payments have cleared.
If you have placed an order for new titles then please allow for confirmation that our supplier has it in stock. We will receive our order within 10-14 days and ship it to you immediately. Total delivery time may be up to three weeks.

International Delivery and Payment

Returns
We cannot offer returns for change of mind. Please choose your books carefully. Any misbound or damaged books may be returned to us withing seven days of receipt. All refunds are on a case-by-case basis.
